Returns & Exchanges

At Oak & Iris I want you to love your item(s).  In the event something doesn't fit properly I am happy to accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

All returns are issued store credit. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, I am happy to do so if the item is still available.

 To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it (this includes; smoke free, no stains, no odors, & tag still attached). If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. All exchanges must be completed within 30 days from purchase!

Locals: If you did a local pick-up you may choose this same option for the exchange | return.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75 it is encouraged for you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as I am unable to guarantee I will receive your returned item.
