Local Pickup
Which store do I need to park in front of at Northgate Mall for Local Pickup?
Northgate Mall is listed for website purposes only. Once your order is ready I will reach out with days I'm available to meet & we can then determine a time and place that is most convenient.
Orders
Did you receive my order?
Once you place your order through the website you will receive a confirmation email showing your order has been received, along with your order number. This email indicates I have received your order.
Is my order ready yet?
All orders are an up to 10 business day turnaround, unless otherwise noted in the product description. I am a full time Wife & Mama running this business all by myself - so please be patient with me. If ever your order will be longer than 10 business days I will notify you (this is not common, but can happen depending on the circumstances). I want to buy "said shirt", how do I order?
All orders must be completed through the website. This helps to streamline everything. There are several options to pay through the website; credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Designs
I like "said design", I wish you had it in my childs size.
I like "said design", but I don't wear crewnecks or "said color".
Most any design listed on the website can be put on any size, style shirt, color, or brand. Please message or email me to inquire. Please see HERE for more information.
E-Gift Cards
I can't get my gift card to work.
When checking out please enter the code listed on your gift voucher/email in "redeem a gift card". This code is different than a "promo code" and will not work if entered there.
